When I was first approached about Ghostwood Whiskey, I wondered if it lived up to its intriguing name. Once I got my hands on the bottles I was blown away. There’s a complexity to the finish of this whiskey that makes it a stand out bourbon. Not to mention, the bottle is beautiful and it makes a mean drink on ice with just a slice of a fresh peach.
Their Maker/Founder Lucas Perks is a stand out kind of guy who is rooted in his values. He approaches the whiskey industry with a desire to be disruptive; but stay true to the simple way bourbon warms the heart and encourages conversation. Ghostwood and Lucas have been a game changer for me. I’m proud to be a part of the journey with everyone involved in Ghostwood Distilling.
